Having worked with elite engineering companies such as Cadence, AT&T Bell Labs, Digital and GE, our top management credentials include both domestic and international experience with a strong background of business, academic and technological accomplishments.

Dr. Ajoy K Bose, Founder & Chairman of the Board, InterraIT Inc. and Director InterraIT, India, has more than two decades of experience in software development and management. Beginning his professional career at AT&T Bell Laboratories in Murray Hill, N.J, he was a department head when he left to join Cadence Design Systems. As the Vice-President of Engineering at Cadence, Dr. Bose was responsible for the product development of all Computer Aided Engineering software tools. Before he set up Interra, he was Founder and President of Software & Technologies (now called Duet Technologies). He received a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, India. |

| Asoke K Laha |

Asoke K Laha, Founder, President & CEO InterraIT Inc. and President & Managing Director of InterraIT India, has significant experience in starting and growing offshore development centers. Asoke's career in high technology spans more than two decades. Previously a senior software manager in companies like Digital and GTE Communication Systems, he was also Managing Director at Cadence India, where he built a large team of skilled engineers. He won the Corporate Quality Award from Cadence and was responsible for the ISO 9000 certification earned by the Cadence India Center. Asoke is actively involved in various prestigious industry bodies like IACC, AMCHAM, ASSOCHAM to name a few. He is a working committee member of the Software Export Promotion Council ("ESC") and also represents the Noida Special Economic Zone ("NSEZ") as the President of NSEZ Entrepreneurs Association. He has an MSEE from the University of Saskatchewan, an MS in Computer Science from Northwestern University and BE (Honors) from Jadavpur University, India. |

Souvanik Sarkar, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, InterraIT is responsible for technology initiatives and services delivery at InterraIT. He has over 18 years of experience in software product development. Prior to InterraIT, he spent over 9 years at Cadence Design Systems. He has received his B.Tech from IIT Delhi, and MS in Computer Science from Washington State University. |

| Ranjan Guha |

Ranjan Guha, President of InterraIT's North America Operations, prior to joining InterraIT spent almost 21 years working for HCL Technologies, where he was recognized as the Best Sales Manager in 1987 and was consistently recognized as one of the Top Ten Sales Managers during other years. Based on his leadership ability and track record, he was moved to United States to be part of the start up team for HCL's East Coast operation. As a key member of the Leadership team, Ranjan was instrumental in growing the East Coast operation to be the largest Region in HCL America. While in the East Coast, he opened up high profile marquee accounts from Wall Street and the Health Care Industry for HCL. Ranjan relocated to West Coast in 1999 and revamped the operation to lead it to its highest ever revenue in the year 2000.
Ranjan joined InterraIT as Vice-President of Sales in 2003 and was promoted to President of North America Operations in 2005 after playing a key role in growing the company's revenue by over 100% each year during that period. In 2007 Ranjan left InterraIT to join as President of e4e-Applistructure, where he was responsible for completely rejuvenating the division. Thereafter, he joined the leadership team at Persistent Systems as Sr.Vice-President of Strategic Business Development and helped closing multiple strategic deals, before rejoining InterraIT towards the end of 2008.
Ranjan has a Post Graduate Specialization in Sales and Marketing Management. |

| Prabir Aditya |

Prabir Aditya, Vice President, Engineering is responsible for service delivery, technology initiatives and business development at InterraIT.
Prabir has over twenty two years of industry experience. Prior to joining InterraIT, he worked for United Health Group (UHG). Prabir was one of the founder members of UHG India, where he played a pivotal role in building UHG's Gurgaon center from scratch to the IT strength of 900 employees. Earlier, he has worked with Keane Inc. USA followed by Keane India, Noida, Optum Software Inc. and MarchFirst Inc. in California, USA.
