Campus Speak

The last two years at InterraIT has been a rewarding experience in my life in terms of professional growth as well as self improvement. The transition from campus to corporate life couldn’t have been any smoother. The close knit work group environment at InterraIT characterized by excellent people to people contact reminds me of the study group concept we had in college.

The warmth and compassion of my colleagues and friends at InterraIT sometimes makes me reminisce about my college batch mates. I can say this considering the excellent moral support I received from my team when I was incapacitated by an accident that kept me out of scene for a while. The support my fellow InterraITians lent during these testing times is truly incredible. It is here at InterraIT that I have experienced and continue to learn quality work ethic.

I have been working with InterraIT since May 2004. I was selected by the company during my campus placements. After joining, I have found lot of difference between corporate and campus environment, the main difference being professional attitude in an InterraITian. In campus, I concentrated only on my subjects, but here I am driven by our company’s core value of ensuring customer satisfaction, the healthy by-products being improved domain knowledge and enhanced skill set.

Earlier I had theoretical knowledge on my subject but lacked practical exposure. InterraIT has helped me overcome this and evolve into a better software professional. One thing I like to say is that InterraIT provides as much opportunity to a fresher as to a experienced professional to work on different platforms and different domains. Personally, I have improved my communication skills through numerous client interaction opportunities. Above all I realized the strength of teamwork.
Overall, it has been a nice experience for me working with InterraIT.

I joined InterraIT a little over a year back, since then each day has been a learning for me.
