Health & Safety

InterraIT is committed to protect employee health and safety by ensuring that risks in the workplace are properly controlled. Some of the practices followed in this area include ergonomic seats at work areas, fire protection devices at adequate number of locations in the office facility, regular pest control exercises, sanitation focus in in house pantry/ canteen, health talks from experts, daily physician visit for employee health check-ups and other wellness programs.

The organization also facilitates cashless healthcare delivery through the corporate medical insurance policy, which each employee and his or her family can avail of.

Health camp by Ojjus Goodwill Hospital, Noida including free clinical examinations for B.P, Weight, BMI, Blood Sugar etc, general medical & dental check ups.

Apart from organized Health programs, InterraIT also encourages wellness through sports & games activities so as to help employees with fitness awareness & grooming thereby allowing employees to work in a pleasant and harmonious environment.
