Dr. Ajoy K Bose, Founder & Chairman of the Board, InterraIT Inc. and Director InterraIT, India, has more than two decades of experience in software development and management. Beginning his professional career at AT&T Bell Laboratories in Murray Hill, N.J, he was a department head when he left to join Cadence Design Systems. As the Vice-President of Engineering at Cadence, Dr. Bose was responsible for the product development of all Computer Aided Engineering software tools. Before he set up Interra, he was Founder and President of Software & Technologies (now called Duet Technologies). He received a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, India.

Asoke K Laha, Founder, President & CEO InterraIT Inc. and President & Managing Director of InterraIT India, has significant experience in starting and growing offshore development centers. Asoke's career in high technology spans more than two decades. Previously a senior software manager in companies like Digital and GTE Communication Systems, he was also Managing Director at Cadence India, where he built a large team of skilled engineers. He won the Corporate Quality Award from Cadence and was responsible for the ISO 9000 certification earned by the Cadence India Center. Asoke is actively involved in various prestigious industry bodies like IACC, AMCHAM, ASSOCHAM to name a few. He is a working committee member of the Software Export Promotion Council ("ESC") and also represents the Noida Special Economic Zone ("NSEZ") as the President of NSEZ Entrepreneurs Association. He has an MSEE from the University of Saskatchewan, an MS in Computer Science from Northwestern University and BE (Honors) from Jadavpur University, India.

Souvanik Sarkar, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, InterraIT is responsible for technology initiatives and services delivery at InterraIT. He has over 18 years of experience in software product development. Prior to InterraIT, he spent over 9 years at Cadence Design Systems. He has received his B.Tech from IIT Delhi, and MS in Computer Science from Washington State University.

Sasanka Ghosh, Adviser to Managing Director, has more than four decades of experience in the IT industry. Sasanka Ghosh started his IT career in the year 1966 with IBM World Trade Organization and was associated with them till 1978. Moving on in his career, he joined CMC in the year 1978 till 2003 and was the Chairman and Managing Director during the last six years of his tenure there.

He was also Chairman of Baton Rouge International, Inc., USA during the years 1998-2003. He received B.Tech (Honors) in Electrical Engineering from IIT-Kharagpur, and has done management studies from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Kolkata.

Rakesh Gupta is Vice President of InterraIT's US Sales operations, where he directs all aspects of the company's Sales & Business Development activities in the United States, including Strategic Sales, Client Relationships & Growth Strategy. He has over two decades of professional experience in IT Consulting & Sales spanning across North America, Europe & Asia. Before joining InterraIT in 2007, Rakesh was with Infogain Corporation where he held a position of Vice President of Sales for Hi-Tech & Financial Services. Prior to that, he held numerous senior positions in renowned companies, like Fujitsu and TCS. Rakesh received a Bachelors degree in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi & a Masters degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Institution of Electronics & Telecommunications. Besides, he also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Santa Clara University, California.
