InterraIT is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. The organization has also been assessed at SEI-CMM level 5 for services related to software development, maintenance, testing and customized solutions.

Quality Structure

InterraIT has developed its Quality Management System with a view to ensure conformity to stipulated standards and/or customer requirements. To ensure continuous improvement, the InterraIT QMS is dynamic in nature. The entire QMS is process-based; adding new processes or modifying existing ones is relatively straightforward.

Each process specifies the steps that are necessary to be followed for a particular activity. Each process has been defined and written in the form of a procedure using a standard template. The documented procedures reflect the current practices of the organization. The processes have been divided into the following three categories:

  • Management Processes
  • Technical Processes
  • Support Processes

InterraIT follows a documented QMS, which is structured according to the following hierarchy:
