InterraIT’s appraisal system is a combination of formative and summative approaches. We use the Goal Setting document as the base to capture project/function goals, business goals, and personal goals which lists down the metrics and suggested pointers required to meet the goals. The performance criteria measurement is largely metrics-driven. Besides capturing quantifiable results, significant traits and behavioral aspects are also captured using the summative approach. To minimize subjectivity and biases, the process includes an employee self-appraisal followed by manager & reviewer inputs before normalization.

Middleware Administrator

Location: Irvine CA

We are seeking a middleware administrator with a well-rounded background consisting of infrastructure, middleware, IT, and business knowledge with strong experience in several key technologies such as Web and Application Servers, DevOps, API Gateways, Containers, Operating Systems, and Cloud. Roles & Responsibilities
