InterraIT’s appraisal system is a combination of formative and summative approaches. We use the Goal Setting document as the base to capture project/function goals, business goals, and personal goals which lists down the metrics and suggested pointers required to meet the goals. The performance criteria measurement is largely metrics-driven. Besides capturing quantifiable results, significant traits and behavioral aspects are also captured using the summative approach. To minimize subjectivity and biases, the process includes an employee self-appraisal followed by manager & reviewer inputs before normalization.

We take each recruit through a comprehensive two-tier induction program during the orientation session, where they are briefed about the company’s philosophy and business followed by the project induction. The program in place is useful to both fresher and experienced recruits and it is particularly helpful to the campus recruits to manage their “Campus to Corporate” transition. JavaScript based UI/Front-end Developer

Location: Noida

We are looking for an energetic Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. We are passionate about creating products that help our customers accomplish their goals in the most delightful way possible. This position would be working with co-located agile teams using the latest technologies.

Location: Preferably Noida, though open for anywhere for exceptionally good candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality software services and applications.
  • Be part of an integrated agile team.

.NET CMS/Episerver Developer

We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in building scalable, maintainable, high-quality, and high performing web applications using the Microsoft technology stack including the latest versions of .NET, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, Sitecore and/or EPiServer CMS Platform.

Duration: 1+ year (possible extension)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop features in .NET Custom Applications and .NET components of Sitecore or EPiServer CMS solutions based on feature specifications and technical designs.
  • Contribute to creating feature specifications and technical design schematics.
  • Contribute to requirements gathering and analysis activities such as storyboarding, developing use cases, and creating functional requirements specifications.
  • Create database models and build out models using SQL Server, then surface data to user interfaces by using object-oriented techniques, often using Object-To-Relational Mappers.
  • Create Web User interfaces using HTML, CSS, And JavaScript (Specifically JQuery).
  • Create Web User Interface Server-Side Functionality Using ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, And SharePoint.

• Receive business and IT requirements from customers and create system specification documents for approval - Analysis of the existing system (sharepoint based) with respect to the business requisition
