Job Description

We are looking for a support engineer for our product who has been in a similar role with 4+ years of experience. He/She should be experience in providing Level 2 support to end customers and should be well versed in web technologies – HTML/CSS, SEO, HTTP etc. Responsibilities will include understanding and analyzing customer problems - asking and providing relevant details and collect all inputs in case the problem requires a product fix.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide End-User support, expertise and technical knowledge to customers.
  • Answer queries and resolve issues with software applications, and escalate or close tickets as necessary.
  • Document and log bugs and enhancement requests.
  • Provide changes to managed products within company processes.
  •  Contribute to creation of internal and customer facing documentation and product improvements.


Technical skills that the candidate should have Hands-on technical resource with experience in: 

  • Experienced in a customer facing role, working in a support capacity, as a consultant or in a web design agency environment where you worked with clients.
  • Working knowledge of web site related technologies, including web servers/hosting, internet protocols and other standards (e.g. HTML, TLS, DNS, CDN etc.).
  • Knowledge on SEO , website accessibility is must.
  • Working knowledge of client side scripting and stylesheets (e.g. JavaScript, JQuery, CSS).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
  • Be thorough, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with content management systems a big plus.
  • Knowledge of one or more server-side languages/technologies (e.g. .NET, C#, JAVA) a plus.
  • Strong understanding of regular expressions a plus.

Non-Technical skills you should have:

  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
  • Solid written and spoken English skills
  • Open to work in UK shift if needed.
